The Victims’ Voice

 

Quarterly Newsletter

 

 

The Office of the Victim Advocate is an independent state agency which protects and promotes the legal rights of crime victims in the State of Connecticut.  One of our many responsibilities is public education and outreach.  To that end, the OVA is pleased to announce that we have created our first quarterly newsletter, “The Victims’ Voice.”  This free quarterly newsletter will include dedications, editorials, missing persons and other informational articles that will help educate people and organizations throughout Connecticut.
